Sometimes the measure of a business is not how it worked when things go smoothly, but when things go (a liitle) wrong. I ordered the above unit and it came by 3.30 the following day. Much to our disappointment, when it was unpacked we found it was damaged. Following a call to Wayfair, I was informed the unit would be picked up the next day and replaced as soon as possible. The person on the phone was reassuring and efficient. The unit was collected at 9.00 the following morning and 5 days later we received a perfect replacement. We actually delayed delivery as my husband's birthday intervened. I love the unit, it is well made and modern in appearance. If I had ordered a similar one locally it would have had to wait 6 weeks.. Really disappointed with the quality of this product, to the point, that I put it in my skip. I have built numerous flat packed furniture over the years and this is the poorest item yet. Not only did some of the screws go right through the wood, so did a couple of the dowels i.e the dowel on the central foot came through the base shelf so it was on display. I know it was only £134, but that was money that I cannot afford to lose as pensioner. I have now ordered another stand from a different company.
