When the delivery men first brought the item into the house I was horrified at how big the parcel looked. Obviously it was well packaged so no damage will occur to the item. After removing the packaging and taking it out of the box it was not bad at all. It is heavy, thick and sturday. Very good quality! I could push it along the floor on my own. I cannot carry this item on my own. It fits perfectly for my 49 inch tv. The t.v. stand already came assembled which I was very happy about. All I had to do is give it a bit of a wipe down to get rid of any dust and screw in the draw knobs. Delivered in good time and extremely well packaged. The table is well made out of solid wood and fits my 55” tv perfectly. It’s got a nice dark wood finish and looks quite rustic but has a smooth finish to it. Super modern and sleek TV unit. Holds our 55inch TV perfectly. Is slightly warmer than some of the oak furniture we have brought from Wayfair but it still goes well with it.
