Poorly done. Got to step 2 and the drill holes missing. Ordered new parts to complete step 2 and the pieces came with drill holes missing for a future step. Step 3, part 6 the holes werent in the right place so the two pieces wouldn’t fit together. Excellent bookcase for the money. Obviously not as sturdy as a solid wood bookcase, so be careful when assembling. But definitely good enough for the price. It took two of us about half an hour to put up and was fairly simple. It arrived with no damage whatsoever, which was something I was concerned about looking at previous reviews. Returned the item. Other than poor packaging and having arrived damaged, the colour is vastly different than the picture on the website. I thought I ordered a warm brown bookcase, but what arrived has a cold grayish tint. I added the image from the website for comparison. Also, I am shocked that I was charged the return postage -- as if I'm returning it out of a whim. I considered buying the yellow one instead, but at this point I'm not sure what would arrive. Shame..
