Customer Services, say that Wayfair policy will not allow for the return fee to be waived as the dimensions are hidden under the Weight and Dimensions tab on the product's webpage. It is my contention that Wayfair know that they are misleading customers by conducting business in this fashion. To then compound the issue by implementing return charges to increase their profit margin is simply daylight robbery, particularly when the return shipping fee will only be waived if I place another order of equal or greater value.
