However the holes between one piece to another didn’t align as well as they should have, this is what took time. Had they aligned I would have done it in Less than half hour. Comfortable chair, but not easy to assemble. Simple picture instructions do no tell you that you have to find the embedded bolts in the back rest and then cut access through the fabric with a paring knife. They are invisible under the fabric and you have to feel around with your fingers to locate them. Annoying! Also, the instructions do not tell you to screw the bolt end into the backrest FIRST, then attach the seat and secure with washer and nut. Really poor instructions.
