Aesthetically appealing for sure. I ordered this sofa in camel color about 2 1/2 years ago. It looks like real leather and has a classy appearance. I especially like the tufted arms and back! It is actually pretty comfortable if you don’t sit on the seam. It is firm but softens over time. The feel of the material is soft, which I like. It isn’t slick, but feels like worn leather. It is holding up beautifully — no problems. I paid about $250 more than the current price. So this is a good deal. I feel that it was a good investment and I am happy! Having just moved to a new property I set my heart on a Corner sofa settee from DFS for our 2nd lounge/ occasional overnight guest bed….but sadly 8cm too small to fit up my stairs. My husband was so impressed to build it “Plastic covers over the threads on the legs, so they don’t get damaged”….if that floats your boat!
