The bed was delivered earlier that the estimated delivered date. The ETA time is just what the courier stated in the app. However, only the bed frame is delivered but no mattress instead. Had to call on 2 or 3 occasions to chase up bed. Had to be reordered. When arrived bed was damaged which I reported and kept with a reduce in price as daughter couldnt sleep without a bed and didnt know long a replacement wouldve taken. Headboard was missing. Was told it would be delivered on a smaller van. Again Had to phone and chase. Was delivered the following week. Courier tried to deliver another headboard, a week or so a go.
