The piece of furniture in itself is really nice. However, I do advise everyone to check it for flaws before putting together as we didn't (an error of judgement on our part) and only noticed after putting it together it had a tear in the fabric. Also the fitting to attach the gas spring on the lid was at a ninety degree angle. The fitting was fortunately able to be fixed. Maybe better packaging would have helped. Coming in an extremely stylish teddy-bear boucle fabric, this ottoman would be the statement piece to light up any living area. With the ability to be used as either an additional seat or just simply for relaxation with your feet up, this footstool has all the functionalities to be a perfect addition to the home.
