The bed was delivered earlier that the estimated delivered date. The ETA time is just what the courier stated in the app. However, only the bed frame is delivered but no mattress instead. I called the customer service and the office is helping, she will direct my issue to her colleagues. I hope I can get the mattress in early next week.. Chi Man. Sun May 22 2022
