Finished unit is good. Assembling it was not as easy as expected. The dowels are too small and constantly fall out while trying to use them in assembly. Most of screws are too thick for the holes provided / both these issues made assembly challenging. Unit is built with some modifying work done by us to overcome the problems - it does look ok thought and is a good solid set of drawers. Will not buy anything that needs home assembly.. Elizabeth. Love these, the storage space is not as much as you would think considering the size as much of it is decorative plinths . But I love them all the same. I was not keen on all the black hardware so didn’t use it but I knew that when ordering.instructions as always were terrible but I managed to get them together anyway you need to put the drawers in before they tell you to!! .. Sturdy and well made, nice deep drawers that don't bend when full. Sarah. Barry, GB. Tue Jun 30 2026

A solid wood build and eye-catching metal handles give this chest of drawers its warm chalet appeal. Evoking mountain air with its rustic design, the chest also features five drawers ideal for storing clothing, electronics, linen, media, and more. Assembly is required.

For the price I’m very happy. Good finish and looks good in-situ and also smells very nice! 2 person assembly better but easy enough to assemble on your own although beware it is heavy in the box. Reason for 4 stars not 5 is due to the drawers as they are main from very soft wood and don’t feel that solid and because some of the pre-drilled holes didn’t align with pieces exactly. Also one drawer piece damaged but not enough for me to do anything about it. Anonymous. Letchworth Garden City, GB. Sun Jan 03 2021

Just what I expected - A lovely bit of wood, enjoyed the assembly (for the most part) However wish the instructions were a lot simpler to read as I spent ages trying to decipher which set of instructions applied to each part of the drawers.
