I love my new recliner. Put it together on my own, but really needs two people to assemble. One arm was difficult to tighten the screws, so I little unstable but apart from that I'm really happy with my purchase. Please note it is a little low, so people who have difficulty standing from a low position, might find this chair not good for them. Otherwise a really great recliner swivel chair ❤️. Mj. Worcester. It is very nice designer recliner chair, just like on the photos, very comfortable too. It’s easy to assemble. Unfortunately one of the buttons came off immediately which makes the look very ugly. Two stars are for the delivery and the way Wayfair handled our first complaint. This is the same second chair we had delivered last week due to the first chair having a faulty arm. Wayfair customer service have been marvelous, replacing the chair again but sorry to say the second chair has the same exact damage to the arm on the left hand side of the chair. There is quite a dent in the arm as if there is not enough padding. This surely must be a design fault as it is still the same left hand side. Beautiful look and feel to the fabric, very hard wearing. Mechanism is very stiff to operate at first and there is a knack to it, can be quite difficult at first. Really comfortable to relax in, for a shorter person, under 5 ft, in the upright position it seems a few inches off the floor.
