Overall a nice comfy chair for occasional use like for guests or for reading. The backrest isn't very high, so probably not great for sitting a long time. It's also a bit more green than in the photos. The footstool is just lower than the chair seat, which is perfect. The footstool is already assembled and you just need to put the legs on the chair (they come zipped into the seat for transport, plus the bolts, an Allen key, and felt pads for the feet of the stool and chair). It was mostly easy to assemble, but an upholstery staple had been stapled into one of the screw holes and pushed down into it so it wasn't visible but it was blocking the screw thread in the hole. Had to get a screwdriver and a pair of pliers out to remove the staple before I could put that leg on.. Anonymous. Tue May 30 2023

I love this chair!!! it looks very nice in the room; it looks very classy and expensive. I also love the color and the fabric.. James. Irvine, CA. Fri Nov 25 2022

Perfect all around the home or office.

Beautiful chairs, very comfortable and easy to assemble. Only down side is because the legs are on an angle, the metal feet don't sit flat on the floor and the blunt edge has caused scratching to our hardwood floor on the first day of use so would recommend buying some rubber feet to prevent scratching. Would still recommend!. Anonymous. Blyth, GB. Mon May 25 2020

this is a beautiful side chair. Well made and sturdy. The fabric is a plush grey and it looks more expensive than it was.. Margaret. Sheffield, GB. Sat Jan 06 2024

This fits perfectly in my space and while I was worried about the reviews regarding it being so short, it fits me perfect. I'm only 5ft2 and it's hard for me to find chairs that show my feet to rest on the floor. This does the trick. Very sturdy and comfortable. Glad I purchased. It would not be s good for for my husband who is 6ft2 but for me it's great. Laura. Kingsley, MI. Sun Feb 20 2022

I like this chair. It wasn't super easy to assemble just because the holes for the screws weren't perfectly aligned, but for the price, I wasn't expecting top quality craftsmanship, and it still went together pretty well. If you have cats, be prepared for them to want to scratch at it. Both of my cats really enjoy scratching the material, and they're generally not very destructive. They also love to lounge/sleep on it.. Lauren. Sun May 29 2022
