Was sent broken and looks like its been taped before. Unfortunately it got delivered to the old apartment and assembled only a month later, so i cant return it any longer. Be careful with that parcel company or the vendor itself - this is awful and despicable demeanor. Anonymous. Sun Apr 07 2024

Beautiful, in the pictures you will see that there is no back on the coat hook piece, it was beautiful but my wall was only plaster board so I ended up taking the back off, I used the edging for the bottom of the mirror and it looks amazing, no fault of the item, just my stupidity for not realising it needed to be on a solid wall. I ordered a hall tree called Rori, one called Barry turned up but it looked the same so I unpacked it and started to build it. One piece was damaged on the corner ( likely been dropped) but would remain hidden so I ignored it. The instructions were “patchy”, to say the least. Some parts were labelled incorrectly, some items on the parts list simply weren’t there and it was also missing a backing sheet. I had to overcome this by making my own. Towards the end of the build I discovered that both the mirror and the large coat rail part were not part of the main assembly at all, but are in fact meant to be directly wall hung next to the main assembly. The last item I purchased from WAYFAIR came from Malaysia and was superb quality with the best assembly instructions I have ever seen.
