The piece of furniture in itself is really nice. However, I do advise everyone to check it for flaws before putting together as we didn't (an error of judgement on our part) and only noticed after putting it together it had a tear in the fabric. Also the fitting to attach the gas spring on the lid was at a ninety degree angle. The fitting was fortunately able to be fixed. Maybe better packaging would have helped. I'm still giving it four stars as I like the look of the ottoman and felt if there had been no damage it was would be worth the money.. Mr. Buxton, GB. Fri Aug 06 2021

I’m very pleased with it. The first thing I noticed is how sturdy and well-built it is, which was very important to me when choosing a storage ottoman. It feels solid and reliable, giving confidence that it will last with regular use. The corduroy fabric has a soft, slightly furry texture, which adds a nice touch of comfort and makes it pleasant to use both as seating and as storage. It’s also exactly as described in the product specifications, so there were no surprises on size, look, or function.. James. Burgess Hill, GB. Mon Aug 25 2025
