I had a problem with the delivery as one of the pieces was not shipped with the other so as they were separated I was not sure if I would get them. On speaking to the team at Wayfair they immediately put someone onto the case to find out what had happened and gave me peace of mind that a resolution of some kind would be made by a set time and date. True to their word my items arrived in good condition before the date they had stated. The backs are foam-filled for that sink factor we love and the seats are pocket sprung combined with high-density foam to essentially create a long-wearing and extremely comfortable fit for any user.

Beautiful sofa very sturdy easily put together I didn’t originally ordered this one but after Wayfair failure of delivering my original order I had to change to this one , since 11th May I placed my order only received it on 17th July , customer service was very helpful I couldn’t have asked for a better service from them , I would definitely recommend this sofa easy recline very comfortable my family enjoying after being without for weeks .. thank you Wayfair ... Very happy with this armchair. It’s well made and light to move. It come in two parts but is easy to fit together by lying back on floor with bolts upright then placing base on top and line up bolts.
