I purchased 2 of these Black Reclining Armchairs as replacements for older Recliners I had. These are different make from my previous Recliners. They are comfortable although I do find the back of them are slightly more upright than my previous chair, also the seating area is slightly shorter than my previous chair so it will probably take me a little time to get used to sitting on them. They are however comfortable and the covering is very nice to look at. The Reclining position is comfortable and yes the Reclining position can be a little stiff to when returning it to the "seated" position but that will probably get easier as the chair is used more over time. The 2 chairs were delivered in a large box each and they required a little assembly although this is very straight forward and very easy to do. Overall these Recliners are good value. The bonded leather covering is used over the majority of the suite with a faux leather match used on the lower stress areas. The recline function is operated with buttons on the outside of the arm and is completely variable, you can pause the recline at any point. Please note the middle section of the 3 seats does not recline.
