Extremely poor quality, very difficult to put together, poor quality wood. A horrible product, nothing like the photos or description on the site.Unfortunately, I missed the return date. Create a warm and welcoming environment right next to your door with this hallway furniture set!

Super. Galina Popova. Bazeldon. Thu Apr 04 2024

Our unique design hall tree comes in many color options to match your home decor. Offers ample storage, including four hooks to organize coats, hats, and bags. The hall tree also has one shelf, two open compartments, and two cabinets to keep your items organized. Plus, with a comfortable dark grey cushion for seating, everything you need is in one place.

It looks amazing! Despite a little disappointment regarding the box and some contents being damaged, the team at Wayfair delta with it promptly and professionally..... Other retailers could learn from your excellent customer service!. Paula. Fareham, GB. Tue Feb 26 2019

This stylish shoe storage rack is the perfect solution for keeping your footwear organized. With two open compartments, you can easily access your shoes. The compact design makes it ideal for small apartments or closets. A separate metal hanger is also included, giving you the option to store your coats, hats, or other items on the same unit.

So the coat rack looks like it is quite substantive, but it’s actually just a flimsy piece of metal that’s quite rough and bendable easily. I can’t believe that Wayfair charge £10 to return what is in fairness a miss described item. Simon. London. Tue Feb 13 2024

Good quality furniture, easy to assemble even by one person. The wall mounting system does not give much tolerance so be accurate, I used Disto to check distances and all fitted nicely. The wall plugs provided were not suitable for my wall (two layers of plasterboard on concrete block). I used Fisher 8x40 instead. The grey part has nice silvery reflection, the teal colour is darker than on the store photo. Overall good buy!. Dot. Bristol, GB. Fri Jun 07 2024

A piece of furniture with a real wow factor: This wall mounted coat rack from the Railway collection impresses with its characteristic style. Made of solid mango wood, the wardrobe impresses with its quality and appearance: The wood has been elaborately processed. Cracks, the noticeable structure and indentations are intentional design details that give the piece of furniture its vintage character. In addition, there are the refined metal elements: The coat rack has four metal hooks and an iron rail on which the two sliding doors run. The highlight: The doors can be placed as desired and change the overall appearance of the wall mounted coat rack depending on the position. Metal embroidery on the top of the doors complete the casual industrial style look.

Wardrobe panel with 4 coat hooks. The panel in MDF is foiled with silver-colored coat hooks made of plastic. The panel can be loaded with up to 10kg. Dimensions: 14cm W x 115cm H x 2cm D. If additional storage space is required, several slats can be combined and placed next to each other, which is advantageous for narrow corridors. Delivery includes assembly instructions.

Clean-lined silhouettes and the natural grain of wood offer timeless appeal, while integrated hooks and drawers provide storage space ideal for shoes, coats, jackets, hats, scarves and more. Assembly is required.

Beautiful, in the pictures you will see that there is no back on the coat hook piece, it was beautiful but my wall was only plaster board so I ended up taking the back off, I used the edging for the bottom of the mirror and it looks amazing, no fault of the item, just my stupidity for not realising it needed to be on a solid wall. I absolutely love this set.. Mary. Wallasey, GB. Fri Apr 15 2022

Looked great in photos. Nightmare even for a professional to assemble and mount. Extremely hard to line up and looking crisp. Shame as it’s a really cool design and could be functionally so much better.. Anonymous. Wed Jun 26 2024

I ordered a hall tree called Rori, one called Barry turned up but it looked the same so I unpacked it and started to build it. One piece was damaged on the corner ( likely been dropped) but would remain hidden so I ignored it. The instructions were “patchy”, to say the least. Some parts were labelled incorrectly, some items on the parts list simply weren’t there and it was also missing a backing sheet. I had to overcome this by making my own. Towards the end of the build I discovered that both the mirror and the large coat rail part were not part of the main assembly at all, but are in fact meant to be directly wall hung next to the main assembly. The last item I purchased from WAYFAIR came from Malaysia and was superb quality with the best assembly instructions I have ever seen. This item came from China, of dubious quality with poor instructions. A two star review is being extremely generous!. Anonymous. Sat Feb 03 2024
