(In my opinion they have packed small bed slats In a small double pack), got In touch with customer services who said the parts I needed were out of stock. So they sent me a replacement bed. New bed arrived and exactly the same problem. Contacted them for a full refunded. Now have 4 heavy boxes and no bed. Waiting for them to organise collection. The gap between the top of the trundle and the bottom of the bed is 20cm when the trundle is underneath so I shall be looking for a mattress between 16 - 18 cm deep.
