Lovely bed and really easy to assembly, I managed to put it together myself. Would have liked another couple of planks of wood for bottom slates and also to fasten them in place. The divan is split in two parts. One of the part unfortunately came damaged. Have been waiting for replacement. I would have expected better product for the amount I paid. But will wait for replacement to give final review. The legs and screws were inside the divan and instruction on it said, don’t open divan before putting mattress on it. So I kept wondering where the legs are. In the end we put mattress on it and opened the divan to find out that it is damaged from inside and the leg and screws are inside the ottoman. Lovely looking bed but disappointed with the quality. Definitely not worth the money it’s advertised at. Seems very light and the boards that the mattress sits on is paper thin! The bed is really nice, but the delivery was totally random, we'd not had any update of the delivery to be expected, it was then left outside my neighbours house in the rain. Additionally, once I struggled to bring the parts in and began unpackaging there were tears in the material on the back of the headboard and a huge stain across the side panel. I'm also not sure about the slats, it looks like there should be a couple more in there. Had the above delivery and fault issues not been there, which could just be a bad experience on my side, overall the bed is really beautiful and seems sturdy enough, additionally it was really easy to put together.. Terrible experience. A lot of missing parts when it got delivered - which means that I cannot even start building the bed post unpacking ‘everything’. The quality of the materials is also not great and few parts were damaged. Best part is that I’ve ordered the missing pieces but got informed that they do not have them anymore. So I am left with a structure I cannot use because 5 important pieces were missing at delivery and don’t seem to even exist anymore. Worst service ever. Not sure what I am supposed to do now..
