The table is very nice for the price, and very easy to assemble - you just need to attach the 4 legs and that's it. The extensions work well too and are easy to operate. A couple of notes though: 1. The tabletop is untreated wood, so you'd need to wax/polish it yourself in order to avoid staining the wood. 2. My table arrived with slight damage to the frame (see attached photos). It doesn't look like it was caused by the delivery, but instead the place where some screws were pre-installed has caused the wood to crack. I decided to keep the table since the damage isn't easily visible and Wayfair offered me a discount if I wanted to keep it, instead of returning it. Nice sized (for two) although will fit 4 for occasional use. I was looking for a new look to my kitchendining room and this table fits the bill. I was originally looking for a fold out table in case of having to entertain the larger family. Decided to go this way instead and use a garden table from the shed if required. I was concerned that the table top was fabricated from mdf but the surface is excellent. I’ve used place mats on the top to protect it although on saying that, it wipes down easily without staining. The solid wood legs bolt on to the frame underneath the table top. This is a quality product and well worth the money. I have no problem in giving 5 stars and would highly recommend.. Anonymous.
