Wayfair communication was excellent.. from my phone call to keeping me updated when delivery was scheduled for. Even the delivery guys were very helpful indeed. The sofa fits our space in the living room. Seating slightly hard but expect through time with people sitting on the cushions it will be reduced somewhat. Regards the Sofa bed, it’s made up ready with sheet & duvet in place ready to use in the next couple of days. So fingers crossed is will be comfortable. Our Hugo pull out corner sofa bed really does tick all the boxes. The pull out bed comes with the option of a left or right chaise that the bed pulls out next to. The chaise part of the sofa offers storage inside for things like bedding or blankets that you may need for guests. The Hugo 3 seater sofa bed comes in a hue and has a piped edge finish for a contemporary look.

Its definitely a nice sofa. The colour is perfect for every interior. I assembled it myself, and it wasnt too hard at all, just a bit heavy to move around. Absolutely rubbish, the sofa cushions are so hard they are glued to a board so you can’t turn or swap them over, I had them removed and replaced costing £450 the sofa came with silver stud’s around the arms the the chair had gold ones. I had to wait ages for them to send me them then cost me £60 to get them put on. Never again will I buy a suite that I can’t see or sit on it was made in Poland soo dissatisfied. Cathy.
