Overall not bad but a little expensive for what you get. The instructions for putting this together were not good and all the parts didn’t come with indicators to which part they are so there’s a bit of figuring out on the whole assembly. Some pieces that came with it also were not mentioned in the instructions and some wood broke while putting it together but didn’t affect the functionality or sturdiness of the benches. The wooden pegs were also all different sizes and shapes and some damaged over parts so beware when building it that you may need the longer better pegs for certain bits. Also some larger pieces came dented and a little broke but nothing I’d ever worry about. The material is good in places but the wood for the table is very soft and damages pretty easily. I’d recommend a cover for it straight away. Everything else was expected. Overall happy with it and it’s fots in my space nicely.. Rm. Wed Jul 29 2026

This table set is an incredible value for the price. I just moved into a studio apartment and I wanted something counter height that could double as more prep space and a table, plus not take up too much space. The solid wood feels very sturdy, and the assembly was easy. The stools do wobble a little bit but they didn't before I screwed in the cross bars - I think they just need some adjustment or some self-leveling felt pads on the feet. If this were a more expensive set that would knock it down to 4 stars, but I'm factoring in value too - I'm willing to tinker a bit to save some money. This product is made using kiln-dried timber. Then coated in hard wax oil coating, to colour and enhance the wood's nature; this also offers excellent protection from heat and spills. Raw steel legs give the unit an industrial style. Please note solid timber which is a living material is used, even though we use kiln-dried timber it will still develop. This means the surface may encounter natural movement and colour variations.
