I ordered two of these, and they arrived just two days later. Assembly was fairly easy...definitely a lot easier on the second one...about an hour and twenty minutes in total. Disappointing sofa and very poor customer service Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with this sofa. The asymmetrical arm support is clearly a manufacturing defect, and the replacement sofa arrived with exactly the same problem as the original. It is extremely frustrating to receive the same defect twice after going through the inconvenience of arranging a replacement. I expected the replacement to resolve the issue, but unfortunately the quality control appears to be lacking. The customer service has also been very poor. I have had to contact Wayfair repeatedly, been given different information about the collection and spent a considerable amount of time trying to get the issue resolved. The whole process has been unnecessarily stressful and inconvenient. Very disappointing product and customer service experience. I would not recommend this sofa.. Katy. Edinburgh, GB. The blue colour looks like it does in the pictures, and the sofa inflates very quickly. It is comfortable, although the cushions seem a bit too small for the sofa and need to be placed very close together to avoid leaving visible gaps. Both the sofa and the cushions move out of place very easily, so it requires constant readjusting. The filling inside the backrest cushions shifts around easily, so they lose their shape and require frequent reshaping.. Anonymous. Tue Jul 28 2026

There were a few dent spots but for the price it is pretty sturdy. There was a mistake in the instruction but we were able to make it right . There are some splinters coming off the corners of the slats so we might want to use sand paper to let it smooth out to avoid kids getting splinter if whoever sleeping on the bottom side happen to run her hand or arm through it..
