Absolutely beautiful sofas very comfortable quick delivery so happy with my purchase. Anonymous. Wed May 01 2024

This 89" cloud sofa features tool-free assembly (15 minutes, 1 box delivery) with 2-layer thick cushions (6.3" backrest) and ergonomic curved design. Includes 2 gift pillows, supports 800 lbs, and uses breathable chenille fabric for stylish comfort in any living space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This black sofa was super easy and straightforward to assemble and put together. All of the pieces were there and easy to find. The seat cushions once fully expanded are huge but very soft and cushiony. I wish there was velcro to attach the side pillows because I think my dogs and cat will knock them on the floor often. It will look even cuter when I add an accent blanket and pillows. I put this into my beauty room for a nice background in my videos. The fabric on the couch is very soft and doesn’t feel cheap at all. The zipper in the back to attach the back pieces didn’t exactly line up the whole way up but that could have been my error. Overall, if you’re looking for a more affordable couch option this one is a good choice.. Nicoled. Sat Oct 17 2026

We bought this sofa for extra seating for visitors. We had very limited space and it fits perfectly. The seats are very firm but that is great for us as we don't like sofa's to be too soft. However, the back cushions are very soft and we have purchased extra foam to go inside and that has worked perfectly for us. The cushions that come with the sofa are very firm too. Overall, it looks lovely but we had to cover ours with a throw that was also purchased from Wayfair to protect the sofa from our cats. I have only given 4 stars purely because the back cushions were so soft and not supportive.. Anonymous. Wed Aug 19 2026

We loved the appearance of this sofa but unfortunately it was rock hard to sit on! We gave it a few days to see if it would soften at all as I had only seen positive reviews regarding the comfort but unfortunately we had to return it. The return process was very straightforward and we just had to pay £50. The guys who came to pick it up did all the heavy lifting and were very friendly and quick! A full refund was quickly issued back into my account so I really can’t fault Wayfair. It would have been good to have some sort of softness level score on their sofas you are buying online as you can’t sit on them so just have to go off other reviews and appearance!. Anonymous. Frustrating delivery, wrong item, and painful to sit on Ordered a dark brown sofa, but delivery was delayed for weeks. I had to repeatedly chase customer service to track down the package, which was lost in transit before being located. When it finally arrived, Wayfair delivered a light beige sofa instead of dark brown. To make matters worse, the sofa is extremely stiff and not soft at all—sitting on it leaves my whole body aching. The fabric feels cheap, the frame squeaks, and setting up a return for their mistake has been an absolute nightmare. Save yourself the pain and shop elsewhere.. Anonymous. Wed Aug 26 2026
