Seems comfy and its a good size for not much space. Fast delivery but after build up noticed one of the sides are difficult to open I will contact the customer service. But overall seems a reasonable couch.. Marcela. Fri Oct 09 2026

Does exactly what we wanted it to do, extend outwards with a firm sleeping place. Can fit two small ones or one big one fully extended. Although we like to bring out the under sofa extensions to use as a foot rest. Only grip is that the under sofa extensions tend to be a bit tricky pulling up and into place, but once done are solid enough.. Harold. Isleworth, GB. Sat May 23 2026

The sofa is. Good, I asked for assistance to unpack and check goods the delivery person asked me to sign for it left got in vehicle and drove off, customer service was absolutely awful, doubt if I will order anything else from them…4 star product 0 star delivery service... Paul. Tipton, GB. Mon Oct 05 2026

Excellent sofa really comfortable great service love the colour and the delivery was fast had a slight issue but the retailer sorted out immediately very impressed. Bobby. Wed Sep 09 2026

Great couch but it is awful to put together. Need at least 2 people to build it and lift the couch into the arm pieces. You basically only need to add the wheels and these pieces but they are impossible to add on. We had to have one person pushing the arm rest and one person lifting the couch up and down and up and down and up and down. It was like a full workout.. Anonymous. Wed Sep 02 2026

Great sofa bedsleeper. So nice having the recline option. Material good, comfort - a little hard but we’ve got extra cushions. Really happy overall.. Anonymous. Sun Nov 23 2025

Great product! Easy to assemble and won’t need any help for this to happen, great and will be buying from wayfair again! Great company 5⭐️. Anonymous. Fri Aug 07 2026

Highly recommend, very comfortable and great price.. Raafat. London, GB. Sat Apr 05 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this sofa bed. I like that it has a sturdy dual split mechanism, allowing each side to operate independently via front fabric pull handles. It was easy to assemble, and took a few hours. The instructions were a bit unclear but I figured out as I'm a DIY person. I love grey charcoal colour, it looks modern and is resistant to everyday wear and stains. The seat and backrest cushions are filled with medium-firm foam. It includes two matching square throw pillows and built-in lower back support bolsters. This is perfect for occasionally hosting guests but not very comfortable for everyday use as a sofa on its own,as it has firm foam , which feels hard if we sit for long. When fully extended, the cushioning leans toward the firmer side. The center split dividing the two halves can be slightly noticeable when lying flat across the middle, making it best suited for short-term guest stays or movie nights rather than daily primary sleeping. This sofa bed is perfect for smaller apartments, home offices, or guest rooms as it can be maximised and minimised without extra floor space. It is moderate to heavy in weight. While moving it between rooms requires two people, it stays firmly in place on hard floors once set up without sliding when pulled out.. Desiv. Fri Sep 04 2026

I love my sofa it’s so comfortable, and stylish. Hilda. Mon Sep 28 2026

Super comfortable sofa, easy to put together, delivery team was top notch. I only gave 4 stars cause the sofa came with a small mark on the chase corner that was “remended” with a layer of some sort of paint for faux leather.. Anonymous. Mon Aug 12 2024

Lovely sofa and very easy to set up!. Gwen Mulholland. GB. Tue Mar 19 2024

Looks gorgeous and is a great sofa. As a bed it’s huge but uncomfortable, hard bits of wood hardly covered by foam. Digs in to your back making sleeping almost impossible!. Anonymous. Wed Jul 29 2026

Excellent purchase also excellent service.. Angus. Bunessan Isle Of Mull, GB. Mon Apr 22 2024

Frustrating delivery, wrong item, and painful to sit on Ordered a dark brown sofa, but delivery was delayed for weeks. I had to repeatedly chase customer service to track down the package, which was lost in transit before being located. When it finally arrived, Wayfair delivered a light beige sofa instead of dark brown. To make matters worse, the sofa is extremely stiff and not soft at all—sitting on it leaves my whole body aching. The fabric feels cheap, the frame squeaks, and setting up a return for their mistake has been an absolute nightmare. Save yourself the pain and shop elsewhere.. Anonymous. Wed Aug 26 2026

Its rock hard, very uncomfortable for seating and definitely not good for sleeping. Do not but this sofa its wasting of money. Wojciech. Wakefield, GB. Sun Dec 14 2025

Great recliner set, comes as 3 separate chairs so is easy to get into the house, good quality and easy to assemble, and not that heavy. and recline all the way back if you want to sleep on it.. Colin. Thu Dec 12 2024

Extremely easy to put together. It all came in the one box. Fits my space perfectly. It's great quality and very comfy. Can be a little hard to click back to seated after reclining, but I think that's more me being feeble!. Adele. Sat Feb 17 2024
