I have never had a problem with my Wayfair products but my only issue was with the delivery driver, who just left the table on my doorstep. I was unable to pick it up and bring indoors plus it was raining. My front door has a recess but he left it out in the outside elements. Beautiful table and comes pretty much assembled. Sadly the paint finishing is awful, there is obvious bubbling from the paint and some areas are patchy. Be careful when you pull the extension out, they rub on the paint and it comes off. There were also obvious dirt or oil marks on the table so give it a good clean after you put it together.
