Bought two for our cabin garden room and they are absolutely perfect, we love everything about them…. the colour, design, size and comfort, so inviting and great for chilling out on. The cushions have all plumped up nicely and really pleased the colour is a more muted grey/blue green rather than garish or too emerald, much more in keeping with the calm natural look we are trying to create. Really like this sofa for the price. Very easy to set up and clear instructions. Agree that it is a little firm to begin with but it does soften very quickly. We loved the appearance of this sofa but unfortunately it was rock hard to sit on! We gave it a few days to see if it would soften at all as I had only seen positive reviews regarding the comfort but unfortunately we had to return it. The return process was very straightforward and we just had to pay £50. The guys who came to pick it up did all the heavy lifting and were very friendly and quick! A full refund was quickly issued back into my account so I really can’t fault Wayfair. It would have been good to have some sort of softness level score on their sofas you are buying online as you can’t sit on them so just have to go off other reviews and appearance!. Anonymous. There were a few dent spots but for the price it is pretty sturdy. There was a mistake in the instruction but we were able to make it right . There are some splinters coming off the corners of the slats so we might want to use sand paper to let it smooth out to avoid kids getting splinter if whoever sleeping on the bottom side happen to run her hand or arm through it..
