Absolutely shocking quality of wood. Screw & dowel holes did not align, some of the longer bits of wood were too long. We had to buy wood and attach to the back to re-inforce as the item kept falling to bits during assembly. On line chat useless and no telephone number for customer services. Sadly even after paining a DIY man to try and fix the issues, it can’t be built as the slats are are several slightly different sizes to each other and so don’t fit the framing posts - wood is so soft it crumbles when fixing the screws so don’t hold. Anonymous. Tue Nov 14 2023
