I love this ottoman storage bed! It looks great and stores a lot of stuff. Delivery was on time. It takes two to put it together but was easy once we found the instructions and did not rely on the video alone. We decided not to attach the bottom to the bed as it only attached by Velcro. We store plastic boxes under our bed that are quite heavy, but they also cannot be seen under the bed so it works very well. The bed fits a standard double size (bought elsewhere) perfectly. Gorgeous looking bed - really plush! Admittedly, it didn't take 2 people 1.5 hrs as per the instructions, it took 3 people 3 hrs. Terrible experience. A lot of missing parts when it got delivered - which means that I cannot even start building the bed post unpacking ‘everything’. The quality of the materials is also not great and few parts were damaged. Best part is that I’ve ordered the missing pieces but got informed that they do not have them anymore. So I am left with a structure I cannot use because 5 important pieces were missing at delivery and don’t seem to even exist anymore. Worst service ever. Not sure what I am supposed to do now.. Comes as built in box . We just need to join together and few screw and logics as there was no manual book to it. The quality is good and study is ok. Without the mattress it could be bit flimsy .
