Relatively easy to put together, seems quite sturdy. The head board is not as high as expected, I do have a thick mattress though, but thought it would be a little higher than it is. Do not buy. It is a terrible quality bed. I ended up taking the parts to the recycling centre after partially making it. It came with so many smaller pieces that did not align properly. The white laminate chips. The joins don’t line up. You are also expected to line up the internal wooden baton edging to hold the mattress on the outside frame yourself. I wasted £140 on this.
