The bed was delivered earlier that the estimated delivered date. The ETA time is just what the courier stated in the app. However, only the bed frame is delivered but no mattress instead. Had to call on 2 or 3 occasions to chase up bed. Had to be reordered. When arrived bed was damaged which I reported and kept with a reduce in price as daughter couldnt sleep without a bed and didnt know long a replacement wouldve taken. Headboard was missing. Was told it would be delivered on a smaller van. Again Had to phone and chase. Was delivered the following week. Courier tried to deliver another headboard, a week or so a go. We bought this bed and mattress via Groupon and are pleased that we did as for the price it’s very comfortable and handy to store underneath. The only issues we had were that it wasn’t advertised that it was a self build so we were a bit surprised when it arrived and unfortunately the measurements were for the bed base and not the headboard (being the widest part) so it didn’t fit the original gap between our fitted wardrobes but after some tweaking we were able to make it fit. The bed and base are very sturdy the only negative is that we found the black sheeting provided to go beneath the base was a waste of time and haven’t used it, but we’re still able to store plenty underneath it just means that it’s sitting on the floor which isn’t a problem..
