I like the look on the dresser, although it was a nightmare to put together as the instructions are vague in places so it’s very fiddly. One minor part I don’t like either is that you can see through the drawers small holes, whereas other similar furniture is usually lined with black so you can’t. Decent size in drawers, overall good. Our classic country-style wood narrow chest of drawers is generously proportioned with 5 useful drawers and a chunky solid top with a profiled edge. Finished in an antique wax with matching wooden handles.

Finished unit is good. Assembling it was not as easy as expected. The dowels are too small and constantly fall out while trying to use them in assembly. Most of screws are too thick for the holes provided / both these issues made assembly challenging. Unit is built with some modifying work done by us to overcome the problems - it does look ok thought and is a good solid set of drawers. Will not buy anything that needs home assembly.. Elizabeth. A solid wood build and eye-catching metal handles give this chest of drawers its warm chalet appeal. Evoking mountain air with its rustic design, the chest also features five drawers ideal for storing clothing, electronics, linen, media, and more. Assembly is required.

For the price I’m very happy. Good finish and looks good in-situ and also smells very nice! 2 person assembly better but easy enough to assemble on your own although beware it is heavy in the box. Reason for 4 stars not 5 is due to the drawers as they are main from very soft wood and don’t feel that solid and because some of the pre-drilled holes didn’t align with pieces exactly. Also one drawer piece damaged but not enough for me to do anything about it. Anonymous. Letchworth Garden City, GB. Sun Jan 03 2021
