When I started constructing this piece of furniture I noted that there were a couple of chips in the veneer. I was unhappy with this but decided I didn't think they were unsightly enough to warrant returning the whole piece of furniture. I complained through Wayfair and Birlea who produce the item responded very quickly and professionally. I discussed with them what I felt a reasonable fair resolution would would be and they agreed immediately without argument. I feel the level of customer service was very good (particularly compared to recent experiences I've had with other furniture retailers such as Sofology), and I would happily buy other products from them in future. Finally when item arrived ,the leg at the bottom of the drawers was chipped off and for the amount of money and wait,this was more than frustrating. On the plus side I had contacted Wayfair and the gentleman I spoke with to discuss the problem ,he gave me excellent service and dealt with the problem better than I expected and ended up after so much disappointment for the amount of money I paid too to a more than pleased customer with the resolved issue of compensation..
