Delivery first - DHL left our furniture parcel outside our apartment block in the drizzle. They didn't even ring our door on the entry system. Luckily a neighbour saw them drop it off and brought it inside. The cabinet itself was fairly easy to put together by my husband who regularly builds items of furniture, but he said the instructions were very basic and could have been a bit clearer. The only slight issue we had was that the instructions were barely legible as the ink colour was so light. They were very carefully packaged and came to us without a scratch. Delivery was prompt. ordered 2. got to building the last drawer and found some numpty had put the drawer runner cut out on the inside of the drawer instead of the outside. quite annoyingly the box for this one looked as if it had been opened and returned before. nice bedside tables once made. just have to re route a drawer panel which shouldnt need to do.
