Love the look of these chairs and how sturdy they are. Definitely heavy which makes them feel more expensive. The padded seat isn't the most comfortable however, it's very firm. These lovely dining chairs, which come in a pack of two, offer a retro feel with a contemporary touch. The frames are crafted from rubberwood, the seats and gently curved back rails are upholstered in a lovely neutral fabric.

This chair was named after a banana-shaped plywood backrest. The rest of its frame is based on the technology of manual bending of beech logs.

Good quality and finish, matching the Torquay extending dining table well. One criticism - the seat pads. They are so dark brown as to appear almost black. Also they are very rounded and, being very firm, you almost feel perched on them , rather than sinking into them a little, which would be more comfortable. Maybe they'll soften in time.. Martin. GB. Cant complain for the price. Very pleased with my purchase. Two kitchen chairs for under £55. Fairly easy to put together despite instructions not being totally clear. Nice quality finish.
