Do not buy. It is a terrible quality bed. I ended up taking the parts to the recycling centre after partially making it. It came with so many smaller pieces that did not align properly. The white laminate chips. The joins don’t line up. You are also expected to line up the internal wooden baton edging to hold the mattress on the outside frame yourself. I wasted £140 on this. For a traditional and stylish addition to the bedroom, you can't go wrong with this bed frame. The bed frame is built to last for many years of good dreams from solid wood, and the open-slatted headboard and footboard combined with the clean oak or white finish give it a spacious and welcoming appeal. A mattress is not included.

Delivery was on time; bed appears solid, well made and of good colour. Went together fairly easily, however each side of the bed had no pilot holes where the central middle metal bar was supposed to be attached.
