Good quality and love the hidden storage. Easy enough to assemble, instructions easy to read and follow, and took me just over an hour to build. Lift top table holding up great so far. But, Evri did lose my parcel - I was waiting well over 2 weeks for it! I had a few issues with the delivery of the unit with 2 out of 3 packages arriving within 3 days with the 3rd just appearing to move constantly further back. I contacted Wayfair by WhatsApp and the final package was delivered after they intervened with the courier (the courier's customer service was one of the worst I've experienced, don't get me started, no help, all automated 'computer says no' type responses, not their problem..) that same day on the weekend. The customer service received from Wayfair to resolve this was excellent. I rate their response highly. They listened, replied in a fashion I appreciated and contacted the courier and resolved delivery that same as day. Well done. Really. Once I had the three separate packages. The instructions included to assemble were very clear (if you follow and look at the pictures carefully) and the finished product looks great. {Note: It does take some time to assemble and an electronic screwdriver wouldn't go amiss as there are many fixings to make this surprisingly sturdy solid product.} I thought this was to be real wood, but isn't being a combination of MDF or similar but shows good quality and is weighty! I'd recommend this product as it has the recycled look and the overprint details including fake screws gives it a lovely visual calmness. Only had it one day but it feels as it belongs and is part of the house already. Realise that this is a long message but if you wan't a good looking product (with what appears to be a sturdy lift top mechanism which is easy to operate) you can't go wrong with this product. Sorry but I absolutely hate this coffee table, it was a bit hard assembling it, it also was missing some screws but the bottom doesn't fit right so there is a gap on either side it's also this cheap fibre board and pieces are cracking and coming off, I will say it does have ample of storage and lid lifts up for a work station or table top, it does require two people to assemble this I mostly did it on my own don't have a man around to help so maybe that was the problem, I am not keeping this table I ordered a better one that is coming fully assembled..
