Unfortunately the sofa arrived damaged, however Wayfair as usual provided absolutely excellent customer service and sorted the issue immediately. I’ve still given the sofa five stars though because apart from the damage in transit, the sofa is beautiful and really well made. Frustrating delivery, wrong item, and painful to sit on Ordered a dark brown sofa, but delivery was delayed for weeks. I had to repeatedly chase customer service to track down the package, which was lost in transit before being located. When it finally arrived, Wayfair delivered a light beige sofa instead of dark brown. To make matters worse, the sofa is extremely stiff and not soft at all—sitting on it leaves my whole body aching. The fabric feels cheap, the frame squeaks, and setting up a return for their mistake has been an absolute nightmare. Save yourself the pain and shop elsewhere.. Anonymous. Wed Aug 26 2026
