It was just exactly as it showed in the picture, I must say a steal for the price as when I started out to design this corner and wanted to get a recliner chair I thought I would have to break the bank for something durable. But this purchased convince me. The quality is great, it looks elegant and very comfortable. It has up to 3 reclining levels depending on how low you want it. The only hiccup was with delivery, I ordered 2 sets and were dispatched in multiple boxes . The first set arrived early was the second was delayed. But the customer service at Wayfair were very helpful in making sure I get it back. The problem was with the delivery agent. Otherwise happy with the purchase and would recommend. Olamide. Cambridge. So overall the chair is fantastic but a few quirks let it down. The main issue really is the lumbar. There’s a metal bar which you place the cushions over HOWEVER the back rest Velcro is incredibly tight and constantly slips open. So I would definitely suggest getting some extra Velcropadding. The second quirk is the fact the instructions do not in anyway show which way round the backrest is supposed to go. Besides that the chair is a great bit of kit. It’s comfy besides the issue and the recline and rise is great it works as intended. There is a weird left right movement when it starts to rise but I’ll put that down to quirks and being new.. Dan.
