There were even extra pieces included that didn’t seem to belong. After a delay, I did finally receive the missing parts from Wayfair and was able to assemble the ottoman. The good: the chair looks great in my space and is very comfortable. Now that it’s complete, the chair and ottoman together make a nice set. The downside: the overall quality and assembly experience don’t quite match the price. Between the missing parts, poor packaging, and unclear instructions, it was more frustrating than it should have been.
