The good: the chair looks great in my space and is very comfortable. Now that it’s complete, the chair and ottoman together make a nice set. The downside: the overall quality and assembly experience don’t quite match the price. Between the missing parts, poor packaging, and unclear instructions, it was more frustrating than it should have been. I really like this chair and am glad I bought it. It looks just like the online pictures. Some caveats: it's slightly smaller than I thought it would be, there were some mistakes in the instructions (some of the screws were mislabeled), and the screw to hold the back in place was practically impossible to install.
