The good: the chair looks great in my space and is very comfortable. Now that it’s complete, the chair and ottoman together make a nice set. The downside: the overall quality and assembly experience don’t quite match the price. Between the missing parts, poor packaging, and unclear instructions, it was more frustrating than it should have been. Really love the chairs. I got the chocolate velvet ones. They’re a good size and comfortable. I’m giving 4 stars because the assembly tools were not suited for the way this chair is made. The tool needed to be a lot longer in order to screw in the bolts all the way. Otherwise the angled part of the tool hits the side of the chair so you can’t twist it 360 anymore.. Sydney.
