Please note straight out of the packaging the chair back, seat, and arm padding are flattened due to being closed in a box. The padding will inflate and soften with time once the chair is out of the box.

Chair is lovely but unfortunately seat pad does not sit level on chair base, unable to push it down at sides of chair would of liked a replacement seat pad, would of liked an offer to send me another seat.
