The good: the chair looks great in my space and is very comfortable. Now that it’s complete, the chair and ottoman together make a nice set. The downside: the overall quality and assembly experience don’t quite match the price. Between the missing parts, poor packaging, and unclear instructions, it was more frustrating than it should have been.
