This 160cm king size folding sofa bed is a practical modular piece. The 2-seater futon boasts soft corduroy fabric and a durable metal frame. Adopting a boneless design for great comfort, it has a non-slip base and a removable, washable cover. Effortlessly converted between sofa and bed, it maximizes space efficiency, making it a perfect multi-functional pick for compact living areas.
Disappointing sofa and very poor customer service
Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with this sofa. The asymmetrical arm support is clearly a manufacturing defect, and the replacement sofa arrived with exactly the same problem as the original.
It is extremely frustrating to receive the same defect twice after going through the inconvenience of arranging a replacement. I expected the replacement to resolve the issue, but unfortunately the quality control appears to be lacking.
The customer service has also been very poor. I have had to contact Wayfair repeatedly, been given different information about the collection and spent a considerable amount of time trying to get the issue resolved. The whole process has been unnecessarily stressful and inconvenient.
Very disappointing product and customer service experience. I would not recommend this sofa.. Katy. Edinburgh, GB. Wed Aug 19 2026
