It promised so much and looked so cute but there were problems when it arrived; as soon as we got it out of the box we could hear rattling inside the pouffe - when two of the legs failed to screw on then it became clear that the rattling was in fact the fixings which had fallen inside where we couldn't get at them! Shame - bigger issue was that - whilst it arrived when I was at work - my 93 year old Dad unpacked the item from the box and then put the flattened box and wrapping out to recycle - so I can't even send it back it seems!.
