One star because I can't give cero. Appalling courier, DHL, 5 consecutive days announced the delivery and then cancelled. I called Wayfair on the 4th day and they told me that I had entered into a contract and if I didn't take delivery (because I could not stay in more days waiting for it) they will deliver to a neighbour either if I liked it or not. And they would not take cancelation, breaching the distance selling act and the consumer credit act. I was expecting the buttons on top to be covered in the same fabric as the rest of the ottoman as per the online photo. Instead shiny glass-like buttons have been used which makes it look a lot less elegant, which is unfortunate as it was not an inexpensive purchase. It promised so much and looked so cute but there were problems when it arrived; as soon as we got it out of the box we could hear rattling inside the pouffe - when two of the legs failed to screw on then it became clear that the rattling was in fact the fixings which had fallen inside where we couldn't get at them! Shame - bigger issue was that - whilst it arrived when I was at work - my 93 year old Dad unpacked the item from the box and then put the flattened box and wrapping out to recycle - so I can't even send it back it seems!.
