Frustrating delivery, wrong item, and painful to sit on Ordered a dark brown sofa, but delivery was delayed for weeks. I had to repeatedly chase customer service to track down the package, which was lost in transit before being located. When it finally arrived, Wayfair delivered a light beige sofa instead of dark brown. To make matters worse, the sofa is extremely stiff and not soft at all—sitting on it leaves my whole body aching.
