Nice looking bedsides not difficult to put together. However, not good quality - the wood is light weight very soft. This did help when a couple of the drawer screw holes were in the wrong place - I just made my own! The handles are just a little too long catch in the drawers. Unhappily I have to say the process has been difficult. This does not reflect the service of agents/actual people who (once I could get past the virtual assistants) helped try to sort out the problems. Which snowballed into a gigantic headache. The table arrived with an uneven top surface. Alignment of inner wooden parts not level with the surrounding support. I asked to return it. The manager persuaded me to keep it and get it repaired if I accepted a 35% reduction. Then an incorrect amount was refunded and the process to correct it took another three days involving many robot chats and endless waiting. Even then the reduction was not as offered. The table should not be marketed in the condition it was in. If sold as a defective item the price should be reduced and the mistakes shown honestly. Best action would be to donate to charitable organisations who can be open about the condition it is in.. Na. Bedford, GB. Sat Sep 06 2025

This slim bedside table comes from the collection of the Dutch brand BePureHome. Polite is, as its name describes, very friendly and gentle because of its rounded design. Extra handy: the two shallow drawers offer space for small things you'd rather put out of sight! Material Polite is made of strong metal with an antique brass powder coating. This strong material can take a beating, but doesn't like dampness, which can cause rapid rusting. The two drawers are made of wood with a black colouring. The robust wood has a distinct grain pattern which gives the cabinet a tough look. Dimensions The bedside table has a height of 62 cm, the U-shaped legs are 22.5 cm high and have a Ø of 1 cm. The two wooden drawers do not have runners. The drawer fronts are 10x40 cm (hxw) and 1.5 cm thick. The drawers are 8 cm high, 37.5 cm wide and 32 cm deep. The top of the cabinet is 36 cm square. The compartment below it is 14 cm high. Maintenance Powder-coated metal is very easy to maintain. You can easily keep the item clean on a weekly basis with a dry, clean cloth.
