Extremely misleading product photos. The sofa we received looks very different from the one shown in the listing. The advertised sofa appears warm beige, soft, rounded and cloud-like, whereas the actual product is much greyer, the fabric is far more textured and rough-looking, and the padded sections do not have the same soft, full appearance at all. We opened only one box and immediately decided not to unpack the remaining boxes. The section shown in my photos is the ottoman/pouffe part, and even that looks completely different from the advertised images. For a sofa costing over £1,100, we expected the product to closely match the listing photos. Unfortunately, the colour, fabric texture and overall appearance are not accurately represented.
